Sr. Full Stack Developer

Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer (MERN) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications and a strong understanding of modern development practices. You will play a key role in developing high-quality products, contributing to technical decisions, and collaborating across teams. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making. • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following best practices and coding standards. • Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality development across the team. • Identify and resolve technical challenges, bottlenecks, and performance issues. • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for speed and scalability. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and suggest improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). • 5–8years of hands-on experience in full stack development. • Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, system design, and JavaScript (ES6+). • Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Good to Have • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Docker. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Understanding of performance optimization, security practices, and scalable architecture.
